I spent my time in Miami from Friday to Sunday, a very enjoyable time with my very caring family.  However, I should have ate at one of my Aunt’s houses.  We ate out on Friday and Saturday night for dinner, looking for some really good home style authentic cuban food, and both times I was heart broken.  Yesterday, I think I cooked the best damn cuban dinner ever!  I’ve you’ve never had skirt steak?  You’re fucked up!  If you don’t eat red meat, well grow up, it’s fuckin good (Thank you Mr. Cow).  Go buy some skirt steak marinade it with some mojo sauce, and I’m not talkin about Austin power’s mojo sauce (you have a sick mind Rob, I’m really tired of all the porn you send me!).  Gosh!
